Job purpose: To provide an extraordinary client experience by performing professional services that exceed client expectations making the jcp salon the salon destination of choice.
Key Responsibilities:
-Offers clients a positive experience by greeting, consultation, service performed, and explanation of products used to create the "final look"
-Interacts with new and returning clients ensuring each experience is extraordinary service
-Assists clients at all points- from the front desk to rebooking for future visits
-Utilizes salon programs including but not limited to monthly new client acquisition promotion, service demonstrations and client referral offers to attract new clients and build a loyal client base
