Summary/Objective
We're searching for an energetic and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our Tubing Division team! You'll be the backbone of our day-to-day operations, providing critical support that keeps our division running smoothly.
Essential Functions

- Performs office tasks including maintaining records, ordering supplies, and performing basic bookkeeping.
- Accurately allocate/enter time for a large population of field employees via client timekeeping system, ie. Track, CDMS.
- Arranges travel and accommodations for department.
- Ensures proper timekeeping and billing for assigned project
- Performs additional duties as assigned by managers.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

Work Environment
This job operates in a clerical, office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position with the typical days and hours of work are Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Travel
No travel is expected for this position.
Required Education and Experience
- Highschool Diploma or GED Required
- One years of experience with timekeeper experience.
- Knowledge of Management Systems and Software (TRACK and CDMS)
