The Hampton Inn & Suites is seeking to expand our maintenance staff. This person will also assist maintenance staff at our soon-to-be open Home2 Suites.
Position Title: Maintenance
Position Summary: Weekly pay. This position is responsible for the assisting with the maintenance of the hotel’s building and grounds.
Weekend & holiday availability a must.
Essential Position Functions:
- Maintain the building and grounds to meet hotel standards.
- Respond to requests from guests for assistance and information about guest rooms and hotel.
- Perform preventive maintenance assignments on a scheduled basis.
- Plan and execute on-going appropriate maintenance programs.
- Ensure that property and equipment are maintained in a safe manner, and that all repairs are made as specified by manufacture.
- Service the hotel’s pool including cleaning, appearance, and chemical balance and completing maintenance log.
- Maintain building exterior.
- Complete maintenance logs.
- Responsible for maintaining tool inventory and condition. Keep maintenance storage room and maintenance room cleaned and organized.
- May perform or assist with periodic or scheduled cleaning projects.
- Maintain open communication with other hotel departments.
- Understand and help monitor basic safety and security procedures of the hotel.
- Assist other departments when needed.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

- Interacts with all other maintenance team.

- Reports to General Manager, Front Office Manager, Maintenance Supervisor and or Ownership
