TITLE: Integration Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Reporting to the Director – Project Management, the successful candidate will support the Director – Project Management, Project Managers, project teams, and 3rd party vendors. The primary responsibility is ensuring all projects are integrated, appropriately troubleshot, and successfully launched.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Work with cross-functional teams to capture all integrations deliverables through the lifecycle of the project.
- Work closely with project teams and vendors to provide them with the needed support and updates on the integration progress.
- Proactively identify efficiencies with the Integration process and collaborate with Project / market team and vendor to implement new processes to improve cycle times.
- Provide status reports to leadership on all Integration deliverables.
- Develop plan of action with vendor to have all alarms, PIM, and NEA testing submitted in a timely manner.
- Maintain project database, analyze data, and communicate project updates and timelines to the Site Development team and the National Construction Director.
- Update forecasts and completions in the company database and related platforms.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Planning, Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent work experience preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in wireless site construction and/or carrier deployment required.
- Strong organization, planning, and project management skills; ability to prioritize tasks for self and team to meet requirements and deadlines.
- Ability to work with different functional groups and levels of employees to effectively and professionally achieve results.
- Leadership qualities and capabilities; subject matter expert in construction principles and methods.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Experience with detailed data entry and forecasting.
- Superior written and oral communication skills required.
- Ability to work on multiple, complex transactions in a fast-paced, energetic environment.
- Decision Making – Ability to make critical decisions while following company procedures.
- Interpersonal – Ability to get along well with a variety of personalities and individuals.
- Problem Solving – Ability to find a solution for or to deal proactively with transaction-related problems. Resourceful research and analytical skills.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
