Reporting to the company President, the Studio Manager is a polished well-spoken and well-regarded ambassador who carries a strong vision for their studio. He or she is charged with responsibility for all aspects of client day operations for our luxury brand studio.
The studio manager will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding and training team members as needed for the studio. He or she will be responsible for setting team member schedules and oversee Human Resources for the studio.
The roll is to provide support supervision and guidance to their greeters, photographers and art directors. They will ensure that client day experience is of the highest level and is in compliance with company brand standards.
The Studio Manager will establish priorities and lead key operational initiatives such as the shot lists, product talking points and promotionals along with holding the team accountable to brand standards.
Managers must direct the work and maintain a high morale of 6 full time and 4 part time associates.
Qualifications:
At least 5 years retail management experience in a retail or related field.
Must be proficient in Windows and Mac operating systems
Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft word to maintain company approved spreadsheets and communication
Must have valid driver’s license
Must evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately
Must work well in stressful high pressure situations
Must maintain composure under pressure
Must be effective at listening and understanding and resolving concerns and issues raised by team members and clients
