We seek motivated and ambitious Sales Advisors to join our growing, dynamic team. As an independent contractor, you'll have the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions while helping clients find their ideal commercial real estate solutions.
Job Description:
As a Sales Advisor for Commercial Real Estate, your primary responsibility will be to connect with clients looking to buy, sell, or lease commercial properties within your designated area. You will work closely with property owners, investors, and businesses to understand their needs and provide them with tailored real estate solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
· Prospect and identify potential clients and properties.
· Conduct market research to stay updated on commercial real estate trends and property values.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
· Provide expert advice on real estate transactions, pricing, and negotiation.
· Facilitate property showings, inspections, and negotiations.
· Assist clients in preparing and reviewing contracts and lease agreements.
· Collaborate with other team members to ensure successful transactions.
· Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and legal requirements.
Qualifications:
· Proven track record in sales or a related field.
· Real estate license or willingness to obtain one.
· Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills.
· Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
· Knowledge of the local commercial real estate market is a plus.
Compensation: This position is 100% commission-based, allowing you to earn a competitive income based on your performance. The more deals you close, the more you can earn. We offer excellent commission structures and the opportunity for uncapped income potential.
