Falls of Neuse Management LLC (FNMLLC) is an industry-leading and employee-owned company engaged in the sale and distribution of welding supplies and automotive industrial coatings.
Operations are based in multiple locations throughout the United States. FNMLLC is owned by two companies: American Welding & Gas, Inc. (AWG) and National Coatings & Supplies, Inc. (NCS). We provide management support services for both companies from our corporate headquarters in Raleigh, NC.
Role Overview:
The Financial Systems Support Analyst provides technical services and support for various software applications critical to the day-to-day operations of the Finance department. This position will function as an applications administrator and subject matter expert (SME) for supported applications while working closely with users.
Day to Day Tasks:
- Resolve help desk support requests from employees, within our Accounting department, for multiple software applications.
- Answer employee questions related to software applications.
- Gather and analyze data to diagnose problems with system functions and processes.
- Manage user access (addition, removal, password resets).
- Provide support and maintenance related to Excel spreadsheet templates utilized by the Accounts Payable department.
- Provide onsite support and remote support for the General Ledger and Accounts Payable departments.
- Be the intermediary between department end-users, technology teams, business partners/vendors, and consultants.
- Manage and update technical documentation.
- Engage in system testing as needed and document testing progress.
- Other duties as assigned. Desired Skillset:
- Understand the system workflow and process requirements of the Accounting department.
- Ability to be the SME in supporting and maintaining applications.
- Work well with a diverse group of users and IT.

- Capable of learning new content areas and new skills quickly.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server. Qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma/GED, AA/AS, or BA/BS in Business, Accounting, Information Technology, Computer Science, or other technology related field.
- Experience: Equivalent Help Desk or Application Support Position - six (6) years' experience with a High School Diploma, four (4) years' experience with an AA/AS, or two (2) years' experience with a BA/BS.
- Basic bookkeeping knowledge (chart of accounts, debits, and credits)
- Basic knowledge of SQL recommended (SELECT statements, WHERE clauses, AND/OR operators)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, OneNote, Teams, SharePoint).
- Advanced Excel skills (Power Query, PivotTables, filters, data validation, data manipulation, macros)
- Communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
