LaFrance Corp is currently seeking a dynamic Customer Service Representative to join our Account Services Team. Candidates must be highly motivated, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.

The Customer Service Role
The Customer Services Representative works with the Account Teams and the Customer to provide on-time manufacture and delivery of branding products.
Detailed responsibilities include:
- Communicates effectively with customers regarding status and details of orders
- Creates, edits, and acknowledges sales orders both manually and via electronic portals; Identify special requirements and communicate them to the Production planning team
- Creates, edits, and maintains customer and part specific master data including Customer billing and ship-to information, customer part number cross references, customer pricing
- Capable of resolving customer issues through various communication channels
- Communicate and coordinate with internal team members to support excellent performance for our customers
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Requirements:
- 5+ years of customer service experience in a manufacturing environment
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and lookup functions
- Detail-oriented individual
- Must quickly learn and be comfortable navigating customer web portals
- Must be very professional and well-spoken over the phone
