Job Description:
At Umgee we are dedicated to providing high quality, professional customer service. As a returns department associate you will be responsible for timely follow up and communications with our buyers in processing returns, discrepancies, invoice corrections and solutions towards returns claims.
This job requires a high level of communication both through email and phone, in which you must always demonstrate professionalism and positive demeanor assisting our customers.
Qualifications & Responsibilities:
- Ability to deliver great customer service and positive returns claim experiences to our buyers
- Process payments at a high volume with accuracy.
- Strong interpersonal skills to address and accommodate our customers needs
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve problems efficiently and creatively.
- Must be able to navigate Microsoft Office programs
- Excellent time management, communication and attention to details
- Process orders via trade shows and our e-commerce platform
Additional Requirements (Education, Training, Experience):
- Graduation from High School or GED equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of related customer service experience preferred
