Addison Group is excited to support a leading medical device manufacturing client seeking a Sr. FP&A Consultant at the management level. This role demands significant technical skills. The ideal candidate will provide data-driven guidance to the C-suite on financial performance and growth initiatives, have extensive experience in variance analysis, build and manage company financial models, and model annual budgets with the C-suite, and much more. This is a contract opportunity compensating up to $85/hr dependent on applicable experience. **This is a 100% on-site role located in Edina, MN. Only local applicants will be considered**
Responsibilities:

Offer data-informed insights to leadership regarding financial performance, major investments, and growth prospects.

Aid in strategic decision-making, resource distribution, and capital planning.

Develop and oversee the company's financial model and annual budget alongside functional leaders.

Generate and manage standardized reports on financials, business metrics, and ROI.

Enhance and implement financial systems, processes, and controls throughout the organization.

Collaborate with accounting and support the CFO/Controller when needed, including:
- Managing relationships with third-party accounting teams.

Handling all AR/AP functions, invoicing, and bill payments.

Executing month-end closing procedures.

Creating financial statements.

Overseeing integration with the parent company across key functions
Qualifications:

8+ years of experience withinFP&A
- Over 5 years of experience in finance and operations, preferably in a high-growth company or a business unit within a larger organization.

Alternatively, 3+ years of experience in investing, strategic consulting, or investment banking.

Self-motivated, organized, and accountable, with the ability to manage time effectively and complete projects.

Proficient in quickly synthesizing information, identifying key insights, and presenting a compelling narrative.

Expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google/MS Office Suite.

Experience with data analysis tools such as Looker, Sigma, or PowerBI.
