Systems Engineer I
Location: Columbia and Hanover, MD area
Minimum Clearance Required: TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph (FSP)
Travel: Up to 10% OCONUS travel required for short term deployments as requested by customer
As a Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and overseeing all aspects of a complex system to solve a problem, from the initial creation of the system to production and management through the end product or solution.
Who You Are and What You Need:

Tactical processing systems experience: installation/deployment, configuration, dataflow, training, operations and lifecycle support for GOTS/COTS applications and sub-systems

User level experience with Linux

Computer networking experience is a plus

RF experience, antenna to switch/RF Distribution and/or Demodulation a plus

Experience with training programs and offerings, experience with real-time streaming of data between processing sub-systems, interfacing with contractors/vendors to design and build against requirements.

Experience providing engineering and programmatic oversight for life-cycle support of deployed systems

Possess the communication skills to perform engineering analysis to recommend improvements in existing communication systems

Outstanding written communication skills and the ability to clearly present information

Must be willing to travel OCONUS for short term deployments
