Connecticut Center for Recovery is seeking a full-time experienced and licensed IOP clinician to join our team.
Starting Pay $65000-$70000/yr depending on experience
Schedule - M-F 12p-830pm, Full Time
Part Time schedule available as well
We offer flexible hours and low caseloads in a private practice-like setting. We are looking for someone who is skilled in working with the dual-diagnosis population.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing compassionate care to a full caseload, which includes facilitating group, individual, and family therapy.
- Conducting a variety of assessments, including biopsychosocial assessments.
- Developing and reviewing Treatment Plans.
- Collaborating with multi-disciplinary team to ensure all aspects of client care.
Qualifications include:
- Be a Connecticut Qualified Professional in the Mental Health Field. (i.e. Masters Level Registered Interns; Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor; Licensed Psychologist; LPC; LCSW; LMSW; and LMFT).
- Have at least two years experience with substance abuse/dual diagnoses.
- Possess passion and compassion for client care.
- Proficiency in EMR, preferably KIPU.
- Exemplary documentation skills.
- Familiarity with DPH and Joint Commission requirements.
