MJ Nardone is seeking a highly skilled and organized Admin/Project Coordinator to support our growing company.
Duties
-Acs as a liaison and coordinates administrative activities between field management, customers, vendors, subcontracotrs, and other parties
-Execute clerical and general office duties such as setting up filing systems, date entry, typing, copying, ordering office supplies and other administrative tasks for special projects
-Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails in a professional manner
-Receive, organize, distribute, and file all documents for new and ongoing projects
-Process accounts payable and receivable
-Prepare and bill customers
-Reconcile bank accounts
-Process weekly payroll and manage other HR Functions
-Assist project manager and customers with jobsite selections
-Set up meetings for owner and project manager
-Track costs vs budget and update customers weekly
Experience
-Bookkeeper and administrative experience is required
-Strong quickbooks online experience
-Proven experience in project coordination, administration, or management
-Ability to effectively communicate project updates and progress to various stakeholders
-Strong organizational and analytical skills
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Positive outlook, desire to support and interact with others daily in an challeging and ever changing work environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
