Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Nurse Recruiter to join our team. This role involves establishing and maintaining relationships with large hospitals, rehab centers, and assisted living facilities to place our talented nurses within their networks.
Duties:
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with healthcare institutions.
- Identify staffing needs and place qualified nurses in hospitals, rehab centers, and assisted living facilities.
- Manage to establish relationships with nursing recruiters at various hospitals.
- Coordinate with Hospital legal team to help them hire the International talent.
- Maintain detailed records of recruitment activities and candidate placements.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards during the recruitment process.
- Facilitate onboarding and orientation processes for newly placed nurses.
Requirements:
- Vast existing relationship with the Hospital networks.
- Previous recruitment agency experience of placing at least 50 nurses in the hospitals.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proven experience in healthcare recruitment or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of healthcare staffing needs and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
