Job Overview:
We are seeking dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analysts to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly children, and possess a deep understanding of autism spectrum disorders.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments for patients with developmental disabilities
- Develop behavior intervention plans based on assessments
- Implement behavior analytic programs and monitor progress
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities
- Proficiency in medical terminology related to behavioral health
- Strong understanding of patient care practices and diagnostic evaluation processes
- Ability to maintain detailed medical documentation accurately
