Job Summary: Human Resources Manager - JBS
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our dynamic health care team. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes to support the company's strategic objectives. This includes on-boarding, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compliance with labor laws, and the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboarding: assist the recruitment department with the end-to-end recruitment process, hiring, and onboarding of new employees.
- Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and ensuring effective communication between staff and management.
- Performance Management: Oversee the performance appraisal system, provide guidance on employee development plans, and support management in handling performance issues.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs, develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and keep up-to-date with changes in legislation.
- HR Policies and Procedures: Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure they align with company goals and legal requirements.
- Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- HR Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze HR metrics to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
- At least 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably within the health care industry.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
- Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) is a plus.

Salary Range: $75K-$85K
