Qualifications We're Looking For :
- A deep affinity for water – a must!
- Graduation from an accredited physical therapy assistant program.
- State Physical Therapy licensure or the ability to obtain one soon.
- If you're a new grad, don't worry; we're here to guide you.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, vital for connecting with our fantastic staff, patients, and physicians.
- Strong organizational skills for precise documentation and billing.
- Comfortable with Ipads
Responsibilities :
- Dive into your daily responsibilities, which include patient physical therapy treatment.
- Collaborate closely with referring physicians, ensuring a comprehensive treatment plan.
- Regularly review and reassess treatment protocols.
- Keep meticulous treatment records.
- Lead and support clinical staff as needed, showcasing your leadership skills.
- Provide top-notch customer service when engaging with patients and physicians.
- Participate in facility in-service activities, ensuring continuous learning and development.
- Maintain our safe, clean, and welcoming facility.
- Be open to other responsibilities assigned by the Director of Physical Therapy.
