What is the starting rate for RNs?
$42.00 per hour on first shift base
$45.00 per hour for RN SUPERVISORS on first shift (including differentials)
$48.00 per hour on second and third shifts (including differential)
What other differentials are offered to RNs?
$4.75 per hour for working on a weekend off
$4.75 per hour for working a shift of 12 hours or more
Who is eligible for benefits?

· For employee plus dependent coverage, the employer contributes a total of $7,400 to the HRA, which can be used to cover the $5,600 deductible, with $2,800 left over for copays and coinsurance.
What is the maximum out of pocket for in-network health insurance?
· Effectively nothing for employee only coverage, the employer contributes a total of $5,400 to the HRA, which can be used to cover the $3,700 maximum out of pocket, with $1,700 left over for dental and vision copays and coinsurance.
· Effectively nothing for employee plus dependent coverage, the employer contributes a total of $7,400 to the HRA, which can be used to cover the 5,600 deductible, which can be used to cover the $3,700 maximum out of pocket.
Do HRA funds roll over to next year if an employee does not use it all?
YES. Unused HRA funds are rolled over to the next year if the employee enrolls in health insurance for the next year (capped at $4,600).

What retirement benefits are offered?
RNs can earn a whopping 13.5% of their gross earning each paycheck towards their future retirement – all fully vested when contributed. Colonial contributes 9.5%of each employee’s gross earnings starting with the first paycheck. Colonial also matches employee contributions. Colonial matches 100% of the first 3% contributed by an employee and 50% of the next 2% contributed by an employee, for a total matching contribution of 4%.
