Enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to support the overall department design team. This key position contributes significantly to the organization and efficiency. It requires someone who is a team player that will be able to work closely in support of the Executives of the team.
The successful candidate will possess a strong work ethic, be detail oriented, have great communication, organizational and computer skills, and the ability to successfully juggle multiple priorities to support 1-2 Executives. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years experience in various administrative assistant tasks.

Job Responsibilities:
Assist VP and possibly another Executive
Update Calendar/Travel Arrangements
Constant contact with people within and outside the company all over the US
Update information changes from accounting team
Create new marketing inserts to save in J:drive
Expense coding
Outbox distribution
Help plan/shop for department celebrations
Send Executives goals (Mondays) to Reports
Print monthly department financial reports
Print plans and inserts/sales numbers
Department anniversary & birthday emails
Order office supplies
Keep supply cabinets stocked and organized
Printer Management – repair calls/issues/toner refills/toner cartridge recycling
Mailroom distribution
Department Org Charts – request feedback from field quarterly, other updates as needed
Along with all kinds of misc items!
Candidate Requirements:
- College Degree
- Some Office Admin Experience
- Strong Customer Service Skills
- Attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong follow up and organization
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
- Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as a member of a dynamic team
- Excellent listening and communication skills by phone, email and in person
