Utilizes sales and marketing skills to manage the design, implementation and analysis of retention and loyalty marketing programs. Collaborates with clinical marketing team, to understand business objectives and translate into actionable and measurable marketing plans directed towards potential patients, with the goal of sustaining preference for organization programs and services and retaining loyal (target) customers.
