As Sales Account Manager, the candidate will leverage his or her own business acumen, business development skills and technical background in order to successfully orchestrate a strong business and technology value proposition to the customers to achieve the ICT & ELV pipeline targets. Key responsibilities & abilities of the candidates are;
Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending technology-oriented business solutions leading to profitable proposals to the customer.
Maintain sustainable business relationships with customers and stakeholders of projects at hands. Responsible to communicate effectively and establish executive relationship with customers and various project stakeholders
Responsible to address customer business need and work with technical and project teams for any support to satisfy the customer.
Prepares business plans, sales plans / forecasts, and opportunities plans by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing business intelligence information.
Be responsible for achieving a yearly target of profitable sales. The capacity to work well on your own or in a team. Exceed monthly, quarterly & annual financial booking and gross margin targets.
Responsible for the effective management of the sales process from identifying and qualifying prospects to successfully closing the sale. Developing sales leads through prospecting and lead generation activities.
Identify and pursue target job opportunities and maintain appropriate activities backlog. Provide market feedback on product information, competitive product data, market pricing, etc.
Actively engaging with contractors & consultants to increase CitiFour profile in the local market.
Working to solve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner, using appropriate CitiFour Resources.
Preparation and delivery of effective, persuasive sales closing presentations with key customer decision makers.
Coordinating estimation activities, ensuring costs are competitive Qualifying sales opportunities to ensure expenditure of resources in a cost effective manner.
Penetrate vertical markets by developing customer specific & targeted value propositions & opportunity development.
Analyze projects to develop strategy for technical and specification superiority to successfully win competitive bid projects.
Assist with payment collections where requested in case of delayed project payments.
Responsible to identify the right ICT & ELV business solutions to customers. Working closely with industry consultants & contractors to establish a winning value proposition.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies
Position technology & business value proposition for technology solutions by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects & engineering consultants / contractors.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Information Technology.
Strong experience in working with MEP & Engineering firms including General and MEP Contractors, MEP & ELV Consulting firms.
A minimum of 7 years experience in the consumer sales and business development is a must.
A minimum of 7 years experience in working in ICT & ELV field (CCTV, Fire Alarm, ELV, Security and Integrated Building Management Systems)
In Depth technical Knowledge of CCTV, Fire, BMS, Cabling and Security Systems and demonstrable capability of integrated systems sales
Industry certification & trainings in ICT & ELV is preferred
Ability to understand ICT and ELV specifications & design schematics.
Strong public speaking and presentation skills. High level influencing & negotiation skills
Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful client relationships, including but not limited to owners, architects, construction contractors and engineers.
In-depth ability to participate in constructions tenders & private enquiries.
Relevant experience in construction industry generic Terms and Conditions
Experience and knowledge of the Qatar commercial construction market
The ability to manage your time and plan your day effectively
Solid understanding of applicable local, national and regional building codes and standards, e.g. BS, EN etc..
Ability to work in a team environment with limited direct supervision
Ability to work collaboratively within a matrix team environment
