If you answered yes to the questions above, we would like to speak with you about being a Wealth Management Principal on an experienced Los Angeles-based team of client-facing senior partners. You will have the opportunity to work with this team that also has deep experience in offering sourced and vetted alternative investments to clients, including private direct investments as appropriate. Further, as part of your development you will have the opportunity to learn and progress with the goal of becoming a partner.
Bachelor's degree required and/or CFP, CFA, CAIA, CIMA or similar designation preferred - JD, CHFC, EA, and MBA a plus.
7+ years of investment, financial planning, estate planning and/or tax planning/preparation experience
Preferred experience with a private bank, brokerage firm, consulting firm, multi-family office or a registered investment advisor
Experience or demonstrated understanding of investments including, but not limited to asset allocation, managed portfolios, alternative investments, performance measurement, portfolio reviews
Demonstrate strong and effective leadership skills through clear communication and collaboration with others
Strong interpersonal and networking skills with both external clients and internal collaboration
Working knowledge of e-Money, Orion, Salesforce, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook a strong plus
Ability to listen and empathize with clients, identify, and analyze issues, and simplify/explain financial concepts to provide solutions
Strong attention to detail, exceptional problem-solving skills, and ability to organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines in a proactive manner with little supervision required
Coachable professional with good "business sense" and an energetic/dynamic personality
Flexible, adaptable, and able to anticipate and resolve complex issues
Superior written and oral communication/presentation skills
Confidentiality and professional integrity of the highest order
