POSITION SUMMARY: The Director will be accountable for leading enterprise infrastructure and applications support to ensure service levels is achieved across information technology. This leadership role is responsible for the management of the all-IT resources providing infrastructure services and reports to the CIO.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Design and lead the implementation of IT Infrastructure projects and applications support initiatives across a group of specific business applications or technologies based on enterprise business strategy, business capabilities, and business requirements

Lead IT Infrastructure service organization across all areas. This includes managing the IT infrastructure services that are outsourced and insourced and ensuring that those services meet the needs of our business, user, and business applications

Balance the needs and requirements to support the overall goals of the enterprise, through a sustainable and repeatable service delivery with an emphasis on continuous improvement and service level management

Influence Service Delivery Managers (Third Party Vendors) to promote proactive actions and frameworks

Coordinate all infrastructure operations activities between all IT and business functions while focusing on the business needs

Participatory management style that promotes honesty, openness, and collaboration

Demonstrates ability to manage and direct both operational and project-focused resources successfully.

Demonstrates superior communications skills and the ability to clearly articulate technology topics within all levels of IT as well as other business organizations.

Knowledge of all components of an enterprise infrastructure technical architecture

Knowledge of financial models and budgeting

Demonstrated competence in the use of computers and software applications
KNOWLEDGE, EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
-
10 years minimum overall of IT experience plus 5 years of management experience required
-
Understanding of a customer service environment and KPIs.
-
Proven track record of successful IT project management.
-
An undergraduate degree in computer science, systems analysis, related study, or equivalent combination of education and work experience that provides the knowledge and abilities necessary to perform the work.

10+ years of VMWare and Citrix experience
-
10+ years of experience with Active Directory design & implementation experience
-
5 years of experience with Cloud computing, preferably, Azure, M365 ecosystem, Exchange and MS Licensing.
-
5+ years of experience with Networking, SDWAN, Cisco, and other NexGen firewall technologies
-
5+ years of experience with Cloud and on-prem security technologies and architecture
-
Experience with ITIL best practices - service management and delivery.
-
A balanced level of understanding and working across all levels of IT Infrastructure technologies.
-
Experience in technical teams' management roles involving functional and matrix resources.
-
Experience in producing technical reports and presentations including detailed analysis and metrics using desktop publishing software and IT tools related to this position.

Understanding of agile methods and processes including the capability of supporting agile project teams by providing advice and guidance on opportunities, impacts and risks, taking account of technical and architectural debt

Ability to apply multiple technical solutions to business problems
-
Ability to translate future-state business capabilities and requirements into solution architecture requirements
-
Ability to propose and estimate the financial impact of technical solution alternatives
-
Security Awareness: Understanding of cybersecurity principles and risk management.

Telephony: Familiarity with telecommunication systems, SDWAN, VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol)

Ability to understand and comply with the guidelines and expectations, including Code of Conduct and Conflict of Interest guidelines
Disaster Recovery (DR) Planning:
-
Continue to define and enhance the ASO Disaster Recovery Strategy and establish a long-term roadmap.

Develop and maintain robust DR plans to safeguard critical systems and data.
-
Conduct regular DR drills and tests to validate readiness.
-
Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely recovery during disruptions.
SOX Compliance (Sarbanes-Oxley Act):
-
Ensure adherence to SOX requirements related to IT controls, data integrity, and financial reporting.

Collaborate with internal audit teams during audits and assessments.
-
Maintain documentation and evidence of compliance.
