As a member of the Solution Delivery organization, the Process Analyst will analyze business processes and work closely with the Solution Leader(s), other Process and System Analysts as well as business and/or process owners to develop, document and deliver process and system solutions which enable strategy.
Requirements
- Prior experience with Procurement, Accounts Payable, e-invoicing portals/solutions, and Travel & Expense solutions to meet global business requirements
- Experience with different ERP systems and Source to Pay tools/solutions
- Strong analytical, organizational, time management, facilitation, and process management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft products, including MS Visio
- Demonstrated high level of written, verbal, and interpersonal skills for effective communication
- Ability to creatively solve unique country requirements (e.g., US, Canada, Mexico, the Netherlands, France, Germany, Brazil, Indonesia, UK, etc.)
- Ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees while maintaining a professional manner
- Capable of working both in a team environment and independently
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment and cope with rapidly changing information
- Skills in evaluating and negotiating priorities and adapting to new/evolving assignments
- Knowledge of current trends and process solutions to address business needs and capabilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field with a minimum of 4 years’ experience in the Source to Pay process area
- Ability to complete projects within specified deadlines
- Willingness to travel by auto and air as needed to achieve business objectives
- Occasional availability for weekends, holidays, overtime, or varied shifts to meet deadlines

Typical Duties
- Understand the Source to Pay end-to-end process areas and support global business teams to define, document, and prioritize functional requirements aligned with business outcomes.
- Partner with Systems Analysts, Process Leads, Process Analysts, Solution Architects, Delivery Managers, Solution Leads, and other Global Technology roles to:
- Participate in preliminary investigations for project solution requests.
- Gather requirements, collect data from various sources, evaluate and interpret data, and draw conclusions on solution options.
- Support business case development by providing process and functional expertise to ensure a common understanding of the business outcomes that the solution needs to achieve.
- Provide input to estimates for time and resource needs of identified solutions.
- Support the development of new or revised processes following enterprise business process governance standards.
- Understand key cross-process dependencies as solutions are designed, developed, and implemented.
- Maintain process documentation following process governance standards, including project deliverables and supporting documentation for ongoing operations.
- Provide process and functional expertise in support of audit requests.
- Assist the Global Business Process Owner and sub-process owners in establishing or refining process metrics and KPIs needed as new projects, solutions, or capabilities are implemented.
- Partner with the Global Business Process Owner and sub-process owners to define use cases that validate delivery of business outcomes by the identified process and system solution.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry practices and technologies via market research and other sources.
- Work with the Solution Lead, Solution Architect, and Delivery Managers to support the development, maintenance, and communication of solutions roadmap for application(s) that service the business process.
- Partner with other process and system experts to identify and implement business process continuous improvement opportunities.
- Provide process and functional expertise required for change management, communication, and training activities across key stakeholders.
- Provide process and functional expertise and cross-process integration support for MADJV (Mergers, Acquisitions, Divestitures, and Joint Venture) efforts.
- Understand key regulatory and compliance requirements and operational risks of the designated process areas.
- Document fit/gap analysis and design decisions; ensure deviations from “out of the box” functionality have sufficient business justification and positive value proposition.
- Support the creation of detailed functional designs for reports, integrations, conversions, enhancements, forms, and/or workflows.
- Complete system configuration work.

Pay: $75.00 - $85.00 per hour
