Summary:
An asset management firm and family office in Idaho Falls seeks an Accountant to provide various accounting services for multiple related entities.
Duties will include:
- Financial analysis and reporting
- GL account reconciliations
- Preparing journal entries,
- Working with an outside CPA firm to prepare income tax returns
- Assist in the analysis of current and potential commercial operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
- CPA firm or Corporate Accounting/Tax experience desired
- Proficient in Excel & pivot tables
- Have effective communication skills
- Great follow-through
- Ability to manage concurrent projects
The candidate must possess the ability to work in a fast paced, demanding, and dynamic environment. The candidate should possess a knowledge of GAAP and federal, state, and local financial, legal, and fiscal requirements. Must be able to work independently and in a team environment, prioritize work load in a timely manner, effectively manage multiple concurrent projects, and be able to communicate effectively with all levels of staff. Contributes to team efforts as needed.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
