Duties:
- Greet and welcome clients as they arrive at the spa
- Schedule and confirm appointments for spa services
- Provide information to clients about available services and products
- Assist with product sales and provide recommendations based on client preferences
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and spa common areas
- Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries from clients
- Coordinate with spa staff to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills to manage appointment scheduling and client records
- Experience in sales, particularly in jewelry, electronics, or technical products
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in time management to ensure smooth flow of appointments
Note: Previous experience in a spa or hospitality industry is a plus, but not required.
