Computer experience using Microsoft programs; customer service experience; good interpersonal and communication skills; ability to multitask; excellent attendance, punctual and dependable; ability to work independently; the ability to follow oral and written instructions; self-motivated, flexible and a team player; honors confidentiality and maintains professionalism at all times.
Knowledge of American Sign Language or willingness to learn.
