Overview:
The Customer Service Representative will assist patients with picking up and checking out their medications. This is a full-time position located in Greenville, SC (811 Pendleton St.) and the work schedule is Mon. to Fri. from 8:30 to 5:30.

About the Role:

Operate the cash register and balance the drawer accurately

Accept prescription orders and evaluate information for completeness and accuracy

Coordinate and track daily deliveries

Ensure daily deposits are properly carried out in a timely way

Maintain a positive, professional, and caring attitude toward customers at all times

Provide excellent customer service by acknowledging, assisting, and showing compassion toward all patients

Communicate effectively and courteously with all Pharmacy Team members

Multitask calmly and effectively in a fast-paced environment

Maintain a neat and organized workstation

Perform other related duties as assigned

Perform in accordance with company policies and standards

About You:

High School Diploma or GED (General Education Degree)

Proficient in English with strong verbal and written communication skills

Strong typing and data-entry skills
-
Cashiering and Customer Service experience a plus

Must have a reliable mode of transportation to get to and from our Greenville, SC pharmacy on a regular daily basis

Must be energetic and flexible and have a positive, helpful attitude both in-person and on the phone

Pay Rate: $15 per hour
