Job Summary:
The front person/fitter is often the first person a client interacts with at Ace. The fitter greets the client, takes measurements and advises on alteration services, which are then communicated clearly to the tailor.
Minimum Required Education:
High School Diploma.
Minimum Required Experience:
Basic sewing skills. Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

- Demonstrated planning and organizational skills
- Ability to set priorities and multitask
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Ability to communicate orally and in writing
- Ability to operate a POS system and basic computer skills

Essential Job Functions:
- Greets customers immediately.
- Answers phone.
- Cashier
- Provides expert fittings.
- Gives tailoring advice to client.
- Prices alterations appropriately
- Keeps front reception and fitting areas clean
- Organize front paperwork (credit card receipts, Ace receipt books, marketing materials, deposit records).
- Liaison between client and tailor.
Other Information:
Must maintain a professional appearance (business casual).
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
