Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as repairing plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC units
- Conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Respond to maintenance requests from tenants and address their concerns promptly
- Fabricate and install various fixtures, equipment, and structures as needed
- Supervise and coordinate the work of external contractors when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
Skills:
- Strong customer service skills to effectively communicate with tenants and address their maintenance needs
- Proficient in various maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs
- Leadership abilities to supervise and coordinate the work of external contractors
- Experience working with a CMMS to track and manage maintenance activities
