Key responsibilities:
o Consultative approach to identify / hunt key business challenges and developtransformation vision with clients CXOs (only within our existing client base...)
o Drive new transformation opportunities across the enterprise value chain (ProductDesign to Supply Chain & Operations to Sales / Service; non-core functions like HR, IT transformationo Develop strategic roadmap to drive transformation realizationo Direct delivery of transformational programs
Qualifications:
o MBA and Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or managemento 15+ years’ experience in transformational consultative selling
o 8-10 years of proven aero industry knowledgeo Proven strategic consulting backgroundo Dealing with CXO / Senior stakeholders of an organizationo Good digital background (IOT, I4.0, Digital Levers influencing the industry etc)o Exposure to work with teams based in different geo and different time zoneso Critical thinking, Highly analytical, Data driveno Ability to work as a “lone warrior” or “as a team player”

Pay: $67,247.80 - $200,000.00 per year
