Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or related field (required). MBA (preferred) 5+ years of job-related experience
- 10+ years of job-related experience, or equivalent education Available to work flexible schedules
- Classical marketing training & fast-paced environment experience (preferred)
- Advanced MS PowerPoint and Excel skills (required)
- Experience working with syndicated data, preferably IRI, SPINS, or ACNielsen
- CPG and/or Wellness experience (preferred)

The Role: The Brand Senior Director, is instrumental in our efforts to establish GT's Living Foods as the category leading brand in consumer minds and hearts by driving consistent brand meaning and relevance. This role leads the GT's Living Foods portfolio of brands from category creating kombucha (CLASSIC AND SYNERGY) to breakthrough innovations of ALIVE Mushroom Elixir, AGUA de KEFIR cultured hydration, AURA collagen tea, IMMORTAL shots and COCOYO yogurt. The role would lead each brand's go-to-market execution, our innovation and portfolio efforts to win new consumers and increase consumption of existing consumers, ultimately growing brand affinity and our business. This role will train, empower, and hold direct reports accountable for the highest brand execution standards through ongoing coaching and development.
Day-to-Day Activities: Lead and quarterback all brand campaigns and priorities for the portfolio of brands. Constantly monitor market activities and test/evaluate opportunities for GT's Living Foods brands to grow. Identify key opportunities, tactics and propose execution and communications strategy plans, informed by data and consultation with cross-functional teams to increase user base and consumption. Ensure perfect product portfolio execution by conducting cultural trend analysis, segmentation, packaging updates, communications strategy, innovation, renovation, and appropriately communicate portfolio information across the organization (brand and sales materials). Drive cross-functional collaboration to optimize outcomes and ensure consistency of brand initiatives, alongside functional leaders in Sales, Insights, Finance, Supply Chain and Operations. Build strong relationships with the Sales organization to maximize impact of programs and sales support initiatives; assess and build business solutions from a marketing perspective. Work cross-functionally upstream to maximize our business opportunities (forecasts, purchasing, production, etc.) Set and manage part of the budget for the brand team to accomplish key strategic brand and business opportunities.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Strong strategic thinking, ability to build marketing plans that will accomplish business objectives via thoughtful and on-brand marketing tactics.
- Strong brand, communications, and content strategy experience.
- Strong creative brief and briefing skills to support the in-house agency.
- Excellent consumer research, analytical skills, and ability to interpret large, complex sets of data and extract compelling stories that will create actionable, fact-based insights, and drive results for the brand.

- Work Hours: Monday through Friday, business hours. Hybrid.
