The Customer Service/Admin Assistant will be responsible for supporting the Customer Service Manager, the Executive Assistant, the Customer Service department, and office. The ideal candidate will possess a strong customer service background, attention to detail, a high degree of adaptability who works well in a fast-paced evolving environment. Your daily mission is to communicate your passion for health and nutrition to retail customers, consumers and the internal team while facilitating PlantFusion’s business needs.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Provide excellent customer service for incoming calls and emails daily
- Front line in the Sales Order Cycle; receive, process, and enter sales orders.
- Gather additional information needed for accounts
- Enter additional information into our orders portal
- Calling customer to get updated payment and account information
- Assemble sales tools and sales kits
- Office clerical work such as printing, copying and scanning
- Reliable transportation to execute errands
- Any other tasks as needed by the department or company
REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS:
- This position will report to our Customer Service Manager and Executive Assistant.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2+ years of experience in a customer service is preferred but not required
- Very skilled in computer software systems including MS Office and MS Excel along with working knowledge of data analysis
- Ability to work with a nimble and energetic team and independently as needed
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a dedication to customer satisfaction and overall process improvement
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
