Clerical Coordinators provides clerical support services to EMS facilities. Assists in ensuring quality of service and regulatory compliance by performing quality assurance tasks.
Promptly and professionally answers telephone and maintains call log, sends and receives electronic transmissions.
Greets and registers visitors promptly and professionally.
Monitors in-house radio transmissions and advises Shift Manager of situations (Residential Level III).
Sorts and distributes incoming mail; prepares outgoing mail; maintains postage supplies/meter/log.
Routinely types (via word processing program), files, photocopy, records, and distributes documents such as Calendars, Special Incident Report (SIR) Summary, and other documents as requested.
Performs administrative support functions.
Enters data/tracks data; as assigned.
Announces on-campus meetings over the intercom system (Residential Level III).
Completes change over with on coming staff.
Places client phone calls as prescribed by approved caller list.
Maintains office supplies.
Maintains memo book, typing log, visitors’ log, and other required logs and updates master computer listings for those going to archives.
