Frontend supervisor must have leadership experience, managed or have experience leading a team on some process, must be familiar with customer service and register systems, you will be responsible for driving Ross initiatives,policies and processes, followed up with coachings and corrective actions, you would also be responsible for cleanliness and organizing all registers and Frontend areas, ensuring all cashiers are demonstrating true behaviors while giving great customer service with hello, Thank you, smile and eye contact, you will be responsible to drive a great true customer experience in the front and must be able to recognize opportunities that arise and help find root cause to correct any opportunities that would not help us meet our goals, as a front-end supervisor you must demonstrate respect, friendliness and have an out going personality, work well with others to help drive Ross initiatives, have great integrity and have a positive impact on all front-end experience, this is a very important role, this helps drive sales as well as helps the customer have an awesome ending experience at our store.
