Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and cleanliness. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career growth.
Duties:
- Manage and lead a team of restaurant staff, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff
- Ensure smooth operations and efficient service delivery
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize customer satisfaction and increase sales
- Monitor food production and quality to ensure consistency and adherence to standards
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Train new employees on restaurant policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
- Conduct interviews and make hiring decisions for new staff members
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and specials
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
Skills:
- Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff
- Proven experience in food service management, preferably in a hotel, banquet, or catering setting
- Knowledge of bartending techniques and drink recipes
- Excellent interviewing skills to identify top talent for the team
- Proficient in food handling and safety regulations
- Ability to oversee food production processes to ensure quality control
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving abilities to address customer concerns effectively
