Seeking Full Time Administrative Assistant for privately owned 81 unit Section 8 apartment building located in a nice residential neighborhood in Mattoon, IL. Must have computer skills and be able to operate Microsoft Office applications, G-Suite, able to take direction, detail oriented, work well with others and possess the ability to multi-task. Must be able to operate office machines such as fax, adding machine and scanning. Previous office experience required. Work week is 32 hours but must be flexible to meet property needs. Dependability and professional demeanor and appearance required.
Responsibilities
- Utilize Microsoft Office suite to assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, proofreading, and transcription. Prepare and distribute letters and notices as directed.
- Provide excellent customer service through phone and in-person interactions, demonstrating strong phone etiquette.
- Support office operations by managing calendars, coordinating projects, and maintaining filing systems.
- Utilize computer skills to efficiently handle clerical tasks and assist with real estate administrative duties.
- Assist Site Manager with Tenant Recertifications and tracking using G-Suite documents.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 per week
