Job Overview:
BusesForSale.com is seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team and grow with our company. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, very technology fluent, detail oriented and possess excellent communication skills.
Duties:
- Oversee office operations
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events
- Complete accts payable and bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
- Process payroll, healthcare payments and maintain employee records
- Monitor & maintain all required licenses, training certs, logs, contracts, etc
- Maintain records retention & filing system
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiar with productivity and business communication apps
- Strong organizational skills
- Experienced in QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Ability to manage schedules effectively
- Familiarity with payroll processes
- Knowledge of file management systems
