Leasing Coordinator - Full Time Position
We are seeking an engaging and energetic Leasing Coordinator who will be responsible for tracking, marketing, leasing and managing apartment units throughout Los Angeles and the South Bay. In order to achieve quality maximum occupancy, the Leasing Coordinator must be a highly detailed and organized individual with a strong customer mindset and a team player.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
· Secure applications and guide applicants through each step, completing and verifying all lease applications and sharing the results with applicants.
· Post ads daily on internet sites such as on our website, AppFolio, apartments.com, Zillow.com and the Section 8 Portal.
· Audit paid ads for accuracy and high quality. Monitor paid ads and website for content, daily pricing and availability.
· Must maintain constant and professional working relationships with Housing Assistance Program employees such as Section 8 (City & County), VASH, Brilliant Corners, Upward Bound, St. Josephs', Etc. to obtain qualified tenants for upcoming vacancies.
· Organize all leads on a daily bases on an excel ledger and distribute leasing leads to our Leasing Agents so that they may follow up on leads and coordinate unit showings.
Education & Experience: High school diploma or equivalent. Two to five years of Leasing and Property Management experience is desired.
Basic Skills:
· Excellent customer service, presentation, and sales skills.
· Must be organized, prompt, and on-time to appointments.
· Must have the ability to connect with a variety of people.
· The ability to multi-task.
· Must have a solid and consistent work history with excellent references.
Technical Skills: Operating personal computer, calculator, and standard office equipment. Proficiency in office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, and AppFolio. *AppFolio: experience desired, but not required.
License Requirements: Possession of a valid California Driver's License.
Applicants must have reliable transportation and automobile insurance. Only candidates currently residing in the area will be considered at this time. All applicants will be required to complete a background check. An apartment unit for a discounted rent is not being offered with this job.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
