We are seeking three dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to join our team in Boston, MA, for the upcoming school year. This role involves working full-time or part-time in a single building, providing comprehensive behavior analysis services to students.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans.
- Implement and monitor behavior intervention plans, ensuring they are effective and appropriate.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students' behavioral needs.
- Provide training and support to staff and parents on behavior intervention techniques.
- Collect and analyze data to track progress and make necessary adjustments to intervention plans.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of comprehensive student support strategies.
Qualifications:
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Previous experience working in a school setting is preferred.
- Strong understanding of behavior analysis principles and intervention strategies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
