Day to Day
- Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and customers, understanding their needs, and serving as the main point of contact for any inquiries, requests, or concerns.
- Sales and Upselling: Identifying opportunities to promote additional products or services to existing clients.
- Communication: Regularly communicate with internal teams to provide updates, share relevant information, and address any issues that may arise.
- Client and Customer Retention: Working to ensure client satisfaction and retention by delivering exceptional service to customers and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Product Knowledge: Developing a deep understanding of the products or services being offered to effectively convey their benefits.
- Problem-Solving: Resolving any challenges or issues and working collaboratively with internal teams to find solutions.

Pay: $47,198.00 - $54,425.00 per year
