Recently purchased privately owned dental office. Not a DSO or corporate! Currently the office is being updated with digital charting software which will include but is not limited to: electronic insurance submission, online patient scheduling tools, online patient communication services, zirconia mill, digital x-rays, user friendly chart navigation, and so much more!
The office has existing patients who are loyal and friendly. They treat us like family and we would want to continue to treat them as such as well. Looking for someone who is compassionate and willing to spend time with patients and wanting to build lasting relationships.
It is a 3 operatory practice with a plan to continue to renovate and freshen up the inside. The position has the opportunity to advance and learn new skills. If you do have an EFDA certification and want to perform those duties, then please note that you will go through a series of steps to confirm proficiency no matter how many years of experience. After that process is complete, pay may be renegotiated and introduced into the practice. If you are not EFDA, then no worries! We are not fully ready to introduce EFDAs into our practice. At this point in time if you know how to make temps, that is useful but not required. We will help you grow into a long lasting rewarding career.
If you are looking for a practice that appreciates employees and the ultimate work-life balance, then please submit your resume and let's chat about how we can obtain a mutual benefit!
