Position Overview:
As the Quality Management Services Coordinator, you'll be responsible for a variety of duties that help facilitate the smooth functioning of our programs. From providing initial training on EHR software to assisting with data management and overseeing program outcomes, you'll have the chance to make a meaningful impact on our organization's success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation and training of staff on electronic health records software (EHR).
- Act as a resource person for EHR software, providing guidance and troubleshooting as needed.
- Assist with managing service authorizations and resolving authorization-related issues.
- Maintain and update departmental records and databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data.
- Coordinate data input for new service recipients and maintain filing systems.
- Monitor and maintain the organization's fleet of vehicles, including safety inspections and routine maintenance.
- Assist in collecting and presenting outcomes measurements across programs.
- Complete data collection and generate reports on incidents, program performance, and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in meeting planning, including agenda preparation and meeting materials distribution.
- Screen visitors, phone calls, and emails, providing information and resolving issues as necessary.
- Supervise Administrative Assistant VA Programs.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the VP of Virginia Programs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or associate degree.
- 3-5 years of experience in program support and operations in adult disability services.
- Proficiency in office computer systems and software, including Excel, Publisher, and Word.
- Supervisory experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving aptitude and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Effective organization and time management skills.
- High level of interpersonal skills and ability to work independently.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
