**Job Overview**
- Providing sales leadership to the market to generate revenue, gain market share and motivate sales associates.
- Focusing on area and sales associates to grow account share and local property revenues.
- Managing and directing market sales strategies to include opportunity management, account management sales, local and social catering, business travel and extended stay sales.
- Managing sales for group bookings, which can range from tour groups and family reunions to sports teams and special interest groups.
- Negotiating rates, managing room blocks, and coordinating with various hotel departments to ensure a seamless experience for groups.
- Reports directly to General Manager

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
