Achieve Pediatric Therapy is a therapy center located in Orlando, FL, that has been providing compassionate and individualized care to children and families in central Florida since 2007. Our collaborative approach to therapy offers a variety of resources including occupational therapy (OT), physical therapy (PT), speech therapy (ST), behavior therapy (ABA), and music therapy (MT) services. We focus on family-centered services and interventions that enhance motor skills, behavior, and development.
Achieve is currently seeking experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) and Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBA) to join our skilled and growing ABA team.
Responsibilities:
- BCBA/BCaBA must have a minimum of 1-2 years direct care and supervision experience.
- Provide direct care to children 0-21 years of age
- Provide training, supervision and oversight to RBT/BCaBA staff
- Create/update individualized programming for clients
- Provide Parent Training
- Work within a multi-disciplinary team to facilitate optimal care and exceptional outcomes for children and families
- Conduct new client assessments/reassessments and initial treatment planning.
- Effectively managing caseloads, preparing and submitting all required documentation in a timely manner
- Participation in quarterly ABA staff meetings
- Maintain accurate clinical notes for activities performed
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team
- Experience working with children and families
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Travel to clients as needed

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $56.00 - $61.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 35 per week
