Hawk-Eye Innovations is seeking a Basketball Implementation Manager to join our Basketball Operations Team. Your daily responsibilities will include coordinating with league officials, guiding our internal Basketball implementation staff, and managing service delivery to exceed client expectations.

You will play a key role in developing the technical skills of our staff, overseeing personnel through direct and indirect reports. Weekly 1-1s with direct reports
Providing growth opportunities and feedback
Creating SMART goals for your direct reports aligned with Hawk-Eye’s Strategic Initiatives and monitoring performance against a list of core competencies for the role
Identifying pain points / issues within Live Operations and pushing improvements to product/service/process workflows
Reviewing costs at a high level, working with Leads to identify gaps in operational resource allocation
3-5 years of Project/Operational Management experience in a successful branded company/organization, preferably in the Sports Technology domain.
3+ years of experience managing staff through subordinate managers and working with cross-functional teams to deliver on common goals.
Experience in managing projects and installs, including process improvement, team management, and budgeting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are crucial for data-driven decision-making and identifying areas of improvement.
Profound knowledge of basketball operations and the application of technology within the sport.
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities are essential for collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, providing feedback, and driving operational changes.
Strong technical acumen with hands-on experience in systems integration, hardware installation, and network configuration.
A customer-centric approach with a proven track record of handling challenging client situations.
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time is expected.
The anticipated base pay range for this position is $85,000.00 to $95,000.00 The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for a bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package including healthcare benefits (medical, dental, and vision), paid medical leave after three months of employment, a 401k plan with matching company contributions, vacation time, education assistance, student loan assistance program, eighty hours of paid sick leave time annually, and up to twelve weeks paid parental leave after six months of employment.
