- Compensation: $18.00 per hour, non-negotiable.
- Work schedule is Monday - Wednesday,and every Saturday - Sunday. Off every Thursday & Friday. Work days are not negotiable.
- Working on company holidays may be required, but you may request off with ample advance notice dependent upon securing shift coverage. You will be compensated for working on a company holiday at double time and a half...example: work 8-hours and get paid for 20-hours times your hourly rate = $320.

- Work environment: high-rise condominium building with 24/7 front desk service provided to residents, guests, and vendors. The front desk is a shared work space with other front desk team members, and occasionally other team members on staff.
Primary responsibilities:
- Exceptional Customer Service.
- Team support.
- Reception – all guests and deliveries.
- Presentation of a professional office environment at all times.
- Resident requests.
- Vendor and maintenance assistance.
Administrative Operations:
- Answer phone, address visitors, take messages.
- Accept and track packages and mail.
- Light data entry.
- Guest, client, resident, and vendor relations.
- Timely response, follow up, & completions of all administrative requests.
- Office support.
Education, Skills, Experience, and Preferred Traits:
- Exceptional customer service.
- Administrative assistant experience and/or front desk experience, and customer service experience required - 2yrs minimum
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- General computer literacy and experience with Microsoft Office required.
- Team player, but also can work alone comfortably.
- Detail oriented.
- Strong organizational and priority setting skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication, both verbally and in writing.
- Desire to complete tasks efficiently and accurately.
