Functional Responsibilities:
- Develops and implements the necessary quality control practices and inventory alignment procedures to ensure accuracy.
- Responsible of establishing clear inventory visibility
- Develops and deploys different quality standards and filters across the to define and execute accepted tolerances, inventory classification, packaging conditions, to name a few.
- Generates and establishes root-cause identification, corrective/preventive actions and training.
- Executes continuous cycle count programs and works with the various departments to reconcile and adjust
- Reviews and coordinates the inventory classification in the receiving stage to make sure product is being handled properly from the beginning
- Coordinates and validates cycle count results by location as needed.
- Promotes best practices company wide for inventory integrity and accuracy
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in Quality and or Inventory disciplines and tools, problem resolution, and continued development
- Leadership previously is required, minimum of 1 year
- Must be able to lift 50lbs
