Position Overview: We are seeking an organized and proactive IT Support Specialist to manage and resolve a variety of customer and internal support tasks. This role is essential to ensuring smooth operations and high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing customer support, excellent communication skills, strong technical abilities, and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Trello Management:
- Read and manage Trello cards related to orders, fraud tickets, provision cards, vendor cards, shipping cards, and scheduling remote hands.
- Remote Hands Requests:
- Assign remote hands requests and follow up to ensure timely and satisfactory completion to meet customer needs.
- Fraud Check Resolution:
- Collaborate with potential customers to resolve fraud check requirements effectively.
- Order Review:
- Verify customer orders for accurate addresses and payments, ensure proper server deployment, and confirm server details are communicated to customers.
- Customer Support:
- Assist customers with server or billing issues, providing prompt and effective solutions.
- Mass Notifications:
- Use the WHMCS mass mail tool to notify customers about service-impacting maintenance.
- Abuse Complaint Management:
- Handle abuse complaints within the server control system, ensuring timely resolution by customers.
- Customer Feedback:
- Respond to customer reviews, providing additional context and addressing both positive and negative feedback.
- Legal Compliance:
- Respond to subpoenas and other legal requests from Government/LEO entities for records.
- Team Collaboration:
- Assist other team members as needed to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
