Summary: The Maintenance Technician will repair, replace or remove any damage material or property from the office buildings, clinics and residential properties. The Maintenance Technician position will report to the Chief Operating Officer.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Performs typical maintenance tasks to support the offices, clinics and other company owned property.

Performs preventative maintenance on the building or company owned property as required.

Reports damaged or defective material or questionable conditions of all interior spaces.

Repair or replace minor plumbing issues to include leaks in kitchens or bathrooms.

Complete maintenance service requests as assigned.

Completion of grounds work as assigned.

Monitoring and coordinating the work performed by outside contractors.

Monitoring and maintaining all building systems as assigned.

Maintain all work areas and equipment in a clean or orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations.

Ensure completion of all work related activities in an ethical and consistent manner.

Performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or GED required.
Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience
HVAC Certification, highly preferred.
Plumbing and Carpentry experience, a plus
Must have own basic tools.
Must have a clean DMV record for insurance purposes.
